Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer an easy exchange policy:Duration: You can request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your parcel.Condition: The item must be unwashed, unworn, and unstitched with all original tags and packaging intact.Non-Returnable Items: Sale items or stitched/customized outfits cannot be exchanged or returned unless they are faulty.

Currently, we offer Exchanges only. Refunds are only issued in the event that the product you ordered is out of stock.

Faulty or Damaged Items
In the rare case that you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us on WhatsApp (+923062399905) within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the defect. We will provide a replacement at no extra cost.
